Pre-purchase advice from "Stella" was very much appreciated. Very helpful in deciding which head unit model and what other parts were needed for fitment to my 2002 Rover 75, including rear view camera and digital colour TV. Perfect timing for a review! I received my EXL05 cable last week and after establishing it was the incorrect cable I wanted to take advantage of the 30 day return or exchange offer that xtrons have. I’ve emailed 3 times now requesting communication and received absolutely nothing in response! This delay has put my project back severely and has caused me to have to put my car back together again! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I’m just glad I only bought a cable and not a head unit too. This failure to respond has resulted in me having to commence a chargeback via my credit card company. Disgusting customer service and I will never use you again. Ben Smith

This dash cam was very easy to install as i fit entertainment systems in vehicles. The quality is really good on both front and rear. Im really happy with those cams Will order more products from xtrons.

All I can say is - Bloody brilliant company to deal with.

After installing correctly the strong lights just flashed once or twice and that was it. ongoing complaint And ut won't let me upload the video evidence

I bought a midrange head unit and DAB adapter but I needed another harness loom, TBF they did mention in their website to double check so that was on me. Fitting it to my 2015 Yeti was easy and fast, about half an hour. Do check online YouTube videos for more info, plenty of good ones. Everything arrived fast, like 2 days fast. I'm having a small issue with the canbus but I know what I did wrong...don,t update the driver. So a quick reset and all good. Cheers.

Brought a car radio, it arrived quickly, looked exactly as stated. My car was second hand and the wired plugs were not compatible. ( They had been changed from original wires without my knowledge.) Sadly I had to return it, communication with Xtrons UK was brilliant and could not fault them.

Very good piece of kit easy installation and clear imaging

Although it was recommended for my car and the chosen XTRONS, unfortunately, it didn't fit into the XTRONS head unit.

My particular unit is mis-interpreting the signals from the CanBus decoder. It thinks the car is in reverse at all times. The signals from the little decoder box are 100% so it must be the head unit at fault. That's a shame as it fits the vehicle perfectly and the functionality is great. The only other thing to mention is that my Passat has the under seat subwoofer which this head unit does not power, so it sounds considerably worse than the factory unit. I was expecting this so haven't marked it down for that. Just a point to note for any potential purchasers.

Very pleased with the help given by Gabby regarding fitting a PX uniot to my car. The Rover has been out of production since 2005 but Gabby was able to help and come up with a solution.

Bought this OBD 2 scanner, as it unlocks funtiont to my car that are not default, although I haven't use dit yet, I will be very soon. Thanks again for smooth transaction.

Despite the cost and buyer beware these to not come with a wirring diagram, so unless you know 100% what you are doing they will end up in the box like mine as know one wants to touch them. Very poor for the money.

Excellent kit and the quality is beyond expectation. It has elevated my in car entertainment no end. Sound quality is very good. Time will tell how reliable and versatile this unit is.

After many hours of careful research, I purchased a 10.25" Xtrons Android Head Unit for my 2013 BMW 320d GT F34. There were many other much cheaper and better spec versions on the web of course but I decided to go for quality not price. After ordering, I was impressed that “Stella” emailed me to check that I had the correct unit for my car, so far so good! I was even tempted to fit this myself but used Xtrons' recommended installer Philip in Langley, Slough. I was really looking forward to this upgrade for my Satnav and Infotainment System, I have the older 4mb ram and 64mg rom version as that was all they were offering. After trying to fit this for me on Friday 11th April at 15:00 the engineer Philip, said "I think you've bought the wrong unit" this one does not integrate with your car! He is the Xtrons recommended expert, so I believe he knows what he is doing. I now have a very expensive lump of plastic in my boot and am awaiting the result of his "chat" with tech support in China. Now I am not happy with Xtrons at all. I wasted the two hours driving there and back and 1.5 hours with the engineer, what a disappointing afternoon! I really wanted to give Xtrons and Philip a great review on here, but currently I am unable to do so of course! Time to test their customer support, is it going to be any good after all. What is going on Xtrons? Tony

Head unit did not meet expectations. UI terrible. Many features didn't work, including reversing sensor. Had to buy an additional wiring harness (not specified on purchase) to actually get the unit to work.
